On behalf of the Namariq Jazan team, we extend our appreciation for the recent visit and professional audit conducted by Saudi Aramco, which provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen our systems and align with the highest standards. The NJR site operates under an Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and a digital HACCP system for food risk management. This integrated framework enhances governance, risk management, and operational transparency, ensuring compliance with international best practices and Saudi and Aramco requirements.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across operations, finance, human resources, administration, and catering services, including senior roles at Aujan Coca-Cola, Riyadh Cables, and Compass Arabia (CISA), Mr. Abdullah brings strong operational expertise and execution leadership. Aramco’s assessment score for the Namariq’s Residency in Jazan improved from 90% to approximately 97%, reflecting strong compliance and effective collaboration across teams.
This achievement marks a key step toward continuous excellence, with continued follow-up on the action plan and timely sharing of results with Kalpataru and Tamimi to sustain high performance.
Outstanding Results for Namariq’s Team in the Aramco Compliance Audit at Namariq Yanbu Residency
In another milestone in Namariq’s journey in residential services and integrated facilities management, Namariq Yanbu Residency achieved an excellent result in the compliance audit conducted by GSCA on behalf of Aramco, scoring 97.2% in the overall evaluation.
During the audit, the residency team delivered a comprehensive presentation on Namariq’s services and the developments achieved over the past year. The auditors expressed great satisfaction with the overall performance during the closing meeting. This accomplishment reflects the continuous support of senior management for compliance operations and service development.

Namariq’s Head Office and Residencies celebrated Saudi Arabia’s 95th National Day with engaging activities that reflected the national heritage and pride, as the team shared moments full of pride and belonging.
Continued Audit Success
We’re pleased to share a series of successful compliance audits across Namariq’s residential communities. On August 12, the NJR team received positive feedback from ARAMCO and Tamimi during their audit, which covered key areas under the IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) Services Checklist—ranging from housekeeping and maintenance to food safety and documentation compliance. The auditors praised NJR’s preparedness and recommended exploring future opportunities in camp operations, particularly in Jubail.
Building on this momentum, the NKR community passed the Al-Bawani compliance audit on August 26 with zero findings—no major, minor, or observations. The audit reviewed multiple areas including the clinic, laundry, mess halls, utility services, accommodation buildings, and entertainment facilities, all of which met full compliance standards.
These achievements reflect the dedication and teamwork of our staff, and reinforce Namariq’s commitment to quality, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Namariq welcomed Lucid at our KAEC Residency to explore future collaboration opportunitiesto accommodate their employees, including workers,seniorstaff, and executives. The visit included a tour of
our residential facilities, where they reviewed different room categories and amenities, such asthe gym,sportsfields, laundry, clinic, and dining areas. The visit concluded with a final meeting to review upcoming requirements and agree on practical steps to establish communication channelsin the fourth quarter of 2025 in preparation for hosting their employees and contractors.
