Health & Safety | Mock Drill Conducted at Namariq KAEC Residency
In line with Namariq Arabian Services’ commitment to the highest standards of health, safety, environment, and emergency preparedness, a mock drill was conducted to simulate a fire response at Namariq KAEC Residency. The drill was carried out in coordination with the relevant authorities and in compliance with regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It aimed to assess the employee’s and residents’ readiness, the effectiveness of our emergency response procedures, and the efficiency of communication systems, ensuring a safe and well-controlled operational environment.

RCJ Environmental Assessment at Namariq Jazan Residency
The Royal Commission in Jazan conducted an environmental assessment at NJR to verify compliance with applicable environmental regulations. The evaluation covered all relevant operational activities, documentation, permits, and environmental controls in place at NJR.
The assessment concluded with satisfactory results, with no major non-compliances identified, confirming Namariq’s effective environmental controls and regulatory compliance.
Positive Feedback Following UCC HSE Audit at Namariq Yanbu Residency
Namariq received positive and satisfactory feedback following the UCC HSE audit at NYR, which reviewed IFM services, guest rooms, food safety and catering processes, and first aid and clinic services. The audit confirmed compliance and effective service delivery across all reviewed areas.
Activation of ‘ePack’ system for HACCP Management at Namariq KAEC Residency
Initiated by our newly appointed Operations Director, the ePack electronic system has been activated to manage Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements at our KAEC Residency. This step aimed to support the Operations Team by improving the efficiency of HACCP implementation and making procedures more streamlined, accurate, and traceable during execution.
Namariq extends its sincere appreciation to all departments for their success in implementing the system at NKR, in preparation for its future rollout at the Jazan and Yanbu sites.
Outstanding Results for Aramco Assessment at Namariq Jazan Residency
Aramco’s assessment score for the Namariq’s Residency in Jazan improved from 90% to approximately 97%, reflecting strong compliance and effective collaboration across teams.
This achievement marks a key step toward continuous excellence, with continued follow-up on the action plan and timely sharing of results with Kalpataru and Tamimi to sustain high performance.
Namariq Participates in the ‘Environmental Integration and Resource Sustainability’ Workshop with the Royal Commission in Jazan
Namariq received an invitation from the Royal Commission in Jazan to participate in a workshop titled Environmental Integration and Resource Sustainability, organized in collaboration with its consulting team. The workshop covered a range of topics related to marine and desert environments, trees, and plants, with the aim of raising environmental awareness among companies operating under the Royal Commission’s supervision.
