NAMARIQ has conceptualized the new Jazan Labor camp project, set to replace the existing NJR camp upon expiry of the lease agreement. With a planned capacity of 4,284 beds, the facility will encompass 149,000 square meters of land mass, giving staff and Workers a safe, comfortable, and relaxing worker home.
Jazan is a portable cabin labor camp & Staff Accommodation launched in 2014, with a capacity of 4,880 beds. Built upon 136,298 square meters of land making it the first project which introduced quality labor accommodation solutions in the Kingdom, placing NAMARIQ at the forefront of the industry. It also served as a pilot initiative for delivering total facility management services. Jazan, complex features 136 executive rooms, 520 senior rooms, and 672 junior rooms, 696 worker rooms.

Since 2018, NAMARIQ’s KAEC labor camp and staff accommodation has given Executives, Seniors, Juniors, and Workers a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and enjoyable place to call home. With a capacity of 3,084 beds, the NKR spans over 103,000 square meters of land which is owned by the Group, featuring 12 executive rooms, 134 senior rooms, 178 junior rooms, and 648 worker rooms.
The YANBU labor camp complex is an award-winning NAMARIQ labor camp; a marvel of architecture and thriving community living. Launched in 2019 with a capacity of 5,004 beds, YANBU is a collection of concrete buildings set atop 145,230 square meters of land, featuring 56 senior rooms, 94 junior rooms, and 810 worker rooms.
