Namariq Wins Two “Perfect Housing” Awards for 2025

Namariq continued to demonstrate excellence in operating worker accommodation by winning two “Perfect Housing” Awards for 2025 at strategic locations across the Kingdom. Namariq Yanbu Residency received the award from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, marking the company’s second recognition in 2025 and reinforcing the strength of its standardized operating model and high-quality Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. Additionally, Namariq KAEC Residency was awarded the Perfect Housing Award in the Economic Zones for 2025 by the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA), its third win following 2022 and 2023, highlighting sustained operational excellence.

Environmental & Compliance Milestones

Namariq successfully passed the Royal Commission environmental assessment at our NJR Residency in Jazan, confirming compliance with environmental regulations. A proactive action plan has been developed to ensure sustained compliance with Royal Commission and NCEC requirements. PETROJET and KALPATARU also completed an inspection at NJR, confirming full compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, with no major observations. The internal audit process has been formally activated at NJR, with audit activities scheduled to begin in February 2026 to further strengthen governance and operational performance.

Operational Automation – Namariq Yanbu Residency

Our meal management system at Yanbu Residency has been upgraded with QR-enabled smart meal cards, replacing paper vouchers to improve efficiency, control, and user experience while reducing manual processes.

SUSTAINABLE POWER INITIATIVE

In line with our sustainability goals, we’ve partnered with Rental Solutions & Services (RSS) to take over the generator operations at our KAEC and Jazan residencies. RSS has deployed and now operates advanced solar-diesel hybrid systems, engineered to significantly reduce diesel consumption and lower emissions by up to 60%. This initiative supports cleaner energy use while ensuring uninterrupted power through remote monitoring and expert maintenance.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

During the April assessment by the Royal Commission at our Jazan Residency, Namariq received satisfactory feedback with no major findings—only five opportunities for improvement, which have been addressed through a corrective action plan. Namariq’s strong performance reflects our continued commitment to ISO 14001:2015, transparent policies, and ongoing staff training to ensure effective environmental management and control measures.

BUILDING A CULTURE OF SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY

Namariq held ISO 45001:2018 & 14001:2015 awareness sessions across KAEC, Jazan, and Yanbu Residencies, led by our Quality & Compliance Manager. Senior staff from all departments took part, reinforcing our commitment to HSE excellence. The program concluded with a recognition ceremony and certificate distribution by our Acting General Manager and Eng. Hussein Fayez.

RESIDENT WELFARE

A new padel court was inaugurated at our Jazan Residency, reflecting our continued efforts to enhance resident welfare. The court provides a dedicated space for physical activity, recreation, and community interaction—supporting a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Facilities Improvement

Development work has been initiated across several amenities at Namariq’s Residency in Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries. This included improving room finishes, upgrading essential fittings, enhancing waste and water drainage management, and maintaining fitness equipment. This maintenance aim to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Internet Service

We have launched an internet coverage enhancement initiative in collaboration with external service provider Airgate across our residencies. The service has already been activated in our Jazan and KAEC residencies, and is currently in progress at our Yanbu Residency. This initiative aims to deliver a more stable and faster internet experience, with speeds of up to 3 Mbps per user, at a monthly cost of SAR 50. It is designed to improve client satisfaction and support the well-being of staff living on site.

MONEY TRANSFER SERVICE WITH AL RAJHI BANK

We’ve launched an in-house money transfer service through Al Rajhi Bank at Namariq Yanbu Residency, where bank representatives will be available from the 28th of each month until the 10th of the following month. This initiative allows beneficiaries to send money to their families conveniently without leaving the residency. It is also available outside official working hours, including weekends to provide our residents with maximum convenience.

ENHANCING ENTERTAINMENT

A cinema hall has been installed at Namariq’s Yanbu Residency. This is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the living and working environment. Currently, the facility is designated for employee use, and we will soon open it to our valued clients as part of a broader plan to offer a complete entertainment experience for all.

Spring Harvest Dinner

As part of our dedication to delivering innovative and exceptional dining experiences, Namariq’s catering team organized a Spring Harvest themed dinner in Jazan. The event featured a warm, rusticinspired atmosphere with carefully prepared, fresh dishes, showcasing our quality and meticulous attention to detail. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating memorable, themed dining experiences that enhance resident well-being and put client satisfaction at the forefront.

OVER 650,000 MEALS SERVED IN JUNE

Our catering team continues to demonstrate its operational excellence and ability to meet our clients’ needs with quality and distinction. In June alone, we delivered over 650,000 meals across our various sites, covering daily meals for employees and residents as well as catering services for external clients. From our central kitchens, we produced over 252,000 meals in Yanbu, 421,000 meals in King Abdullah Economic City, and 187,000 meals in Jazan. This performance reflects our strong operational capacity to meet demand efficiently.

Evaluation Visit from the Royal Commission to Namariq Jazan Residency

On July 20, an evaluation visit was conducted by members of the Evaluation Committee for the "Ideal Housing Award for Group Housing" program and representatives from the Royal Commission at Namariq Jazan Residency. This followed five days of intensive preparations, supervised by Namariq’s Acting General Manager to ensure a successful visit. Our Quality and Compliance Manager delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting key improvement initiatives implemented, followed by a site tour and a final meeting where we received praise from the visiting team regarding the site's readiness.

Namariq’s Jazan Residency Catering team organized a "Jazz Dinner Night, " offering an elegant hospitality experience that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence in food services. Namariq Participates in the 6th Royal CommissionFootball Championship inJazan

Namariq received an invitation from the Royal Commission in Jazan to participate in the 6th Football Championship, which officially kicked off on Thursday, September 4, 2025, with eight teams competing for the title. A team representing Namariq was formed from various departments, along with guest players from Kalpataru and Kabbani. In our opening match, the team showed great potential despite a narrow 3–2 loss. On Saturday, September 6, we bounced back with an exciting 5–0 victory, demonstrating strong teamwork, determination, and resilience.

Namariq Participates in Coastal Clean-Up Day 2025

Namariq successfully took part in the Coastal Clean-Up Day 2025, held on 21 September in the mangrove area of Jazan. This participation was in response to the invitation to join the event, which was organized by the Environmental Protection and Control Department (EPCD) in collaboration with Advance Smelting Industries Limited (ASIC). Namariq Secures a 20-Year Lease Extension for Namariq Yanbu Residency

We are pleased to announce that Namariq has obtained a 20-year lease extension for its Yanbu Residency from the Royal Commission in Yanbu. With this extension, the lease will now remain valid until 2056, in addition to the current contract, which runs until 2036. This extension reinforces the long-term strategic partnership that supports the development of high-quality infrastructure and services in Yanbu Industrial City.

Activation of ‘ePack’ system for HACCP Management at Namariq KAEC Residency

Initiated by our newly appointed Operations Director, the ePack electronic system has been activated to manage Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements at our KAEC Residency. Positive Feedback Following UCC HSE Audit at Namariq Yanbu Residency

Namariq received positive and satisfactory feedback following the UCC HSE audit at NYR, which reviewed IFM services, guest rooms, food safety and catering processes, and first aid and clinic services. The audit confirmed compliance and effective service delivery across all reviewed areas.

RCJ Environmental Assessment at Namariq Jazan Residency

The Royal Commission in Jazan conducted an environmental assessment at NJR to verify compliance with applicable environmental regulations. The evaluation covered all relevant operational activities, documentation, permits, and environmental controls in place at NJR. The assessment concluded with satisfactory results, with no major non-compliances identified, confirming Namariq’s effective environmental controls and regulatory compliance.

Health & Safety | Mock Drill Conducted at Namariq KAEC Residency
