Namariq Talent Program (NTP) Introduction

Namariq Talent Program (NTP) is a new program designed for Saudi graduates who intend to pursue their careers. The duration of the program is 6 months-Full time rewarding journey that carries expedited learning and development, unlimited opportunities, and advanced experience in the hospitality industry.

The NTP is designed to develop and sharp the fresh graduates’ skills in a variety of different areas, and to give them opportunities to learn about the job. It suits individuals who enjoy being challenged, can come up with fresh ideas and are excited to explore new things.

While in the program, interns will:

  • Develop an understanding of the services that Namariq offers to its customers.
  • Experience rotations where they can apply their education and broaden their technical knowledge.
  • Receive structured and ongoing training and development through job shadowing and on-the-job experience.
  • Build relationships through professional networking.
  • Gain exposure to the following areas, but not limited to:
    • Engineering Management (Construction, Facility & Safety)
    • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Human Resources Management (HRM)
    • Finance Management (FM)
    • Management Information System (MIS)
    • Sales & Marketing Management (SMM)
    • Hospitality & Residency Services (Kitchen Management, Food Production, Housekeeping & Laundry Operation, Front Desk & Reservation, etc…)

Receive feedback on their performance through formal evaluations by current supervisors.Who are we looking for?

  • Full-time Commitment.
  • Saudis Only.
  • Associate & Bachelor holders from accredited universities by MoE within the last 18 months.
  • Applicants who have a good command of English language.
