We are proud to announce that Namariq Jazan has been officially registered in the Al-Zayeri Award for Best Practices – 2026 cycle, organized by the Saudi Quality Council. This participation represents an opportunity to showcase operational and managerial best practices, strengthen compliance, and reinforce operational excellence in line with national and international standards. In parallel with the Aramco audit, the NJR team successfully completed an HSE audit by Kalpataru, achieving strong results that reflect the effectiveness of management systems and operational performance.
Successful Aramco Audit at NJR
On behalf of the Namariq Jazan team, we extend our appreciation for the recent visit and professional audit conducted by Saudi Aramco, which provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen our systems and align with the highest standards. The NJR site operates under an Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and a digital HACCP system for food risk management. This integrated framework enhances governance, risk management, and operational transparency, ensuring compliance with international best practices and Saudi and Aramco requirements.
Operational Automation – Namariq Yanbu Residency
Our meal management system at Yanbu Residency has been upgraded with QR-enabled smart meal cards, replacing paper vouchers to improve efficiency, control, and user experience while reducing manual processes.
Environmental & Compliance Milestones
Namariq successfully passed the Royal Commission environmental assessment at our NJR Residency in Jazan, confirming compliance with environmental regulations. A proactive action plan has been developed to ensure sustained compliance with Royal Commission and NCEC requirements.
PETROJET and KALPATARU also completed an inspection at NJR, confirming full compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, with no major observations.
The internal audit process has been formally activated at NJR, with audit activities scheduled to begin in February 2026 to further strengthen governance and operational performance.
Namariq Wins Two “Perfect Housing” Awards for 2025
Namariq continued to demonstrate excellence in operating worker accommodation by winning two “Perfect Housing” Awards for 2025 at strategic locations across the Kingdom.
Namariq Yanbu Residency received the award from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, marking the company’s second recognition in 2025 and reinforcing the strength of its standardized operating model and high-quality Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
Additionally, Namariq KAEC Residency was awarded the Perfect Housing Award in the Economic Zones for 2025 by the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA), its third win following 2022 and 2023, highlighting sustained operational excellence.
Leadership Appointment
Namariq is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Abdullah Al-Huwaimel, CCCO™, as General Manager Operations, effective 1 February 2026. With over 25 years of leadership experience across operations, finance, human resources, administration, and catering services, including senior roles at Aujan Coca-Cola, Riyadh Cables, and Compass Arabia (CISA), Mr. Abdullah brings strong operational expertise and execution leadership. His appointment reflects Namariq’s continued commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Under the theme of Saudi Quality Day 2026, “Think Differently” Namariq’s General Manager, along with representatives from various departments, participated in the Saudi Quality Day events. The event focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational performance and strengthen quality concepts, while highlighting the role of quality management systems and operational excellence in supporting institutional competitiveness and national development.
