King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) launched the construction and development of the largest residential complex for workers, with an area of approximately 104 thousand square meters and a capacity of more than four thousand workers. The investment value of 150 million riyals, under which Nemarq Arabia Services Ltd, will execute the project in two phases, the first of which will be completed in 2016. It is expected that this project will contribute to the provision of an adequate living and living environment for workers in the construction of various development projects within the economic city.
Fahad Al Rasheed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KAEC, said the new housing project is in line with the city’s goals of promoting social and economic development.
